Don't know if this belongs here or not....

This seemed to be the most appropriate place to post this. The dragstrip in Tulsa has been purchased and is being renovated to include a 2.3 mile roadcourse. This is all scheduled for completion in early 2005. Since this is a new facility with no standing schedules we would have more date selection options. I think this could be a good location for L-Fest in the future. Click here to check it out. Also notice that the dragstrip and roadcourse are completely independent of each other, so both can run at the same time.

Thumbs up

Hi Oilwell,

I have been following the progress on the drag strip construction on-line and it looks like it will be an awesome strip. I sent email to the track yesterday with some questions. We will see what they have to say.
One of my questions is...do they have space for 300 trucks in the paved pits + a vendors midway?
Also, what faculties are available at the adjoining road course?

So we are considering the idea of other tracks.

Thanks for the heads-up
