What could you get without a chip?

What performance parts(filter, pulley, line valve) could you get that don't need a chip. I don't want to run rich/lean whatever it is. I just don't have a lot of money saved up, and want to start modding ASAP.

you could do the ram air, line mod, powercooler,throttle body,electric fan kit,cobra water pump,160* thermostat,bassani cat back exhaust,all these and you wouldn't need a chip..JL
