| Guest | Hey Jim just wondering what you think of this? http://www.f150online.com/forums/sho...threadid=61234 He says that all other chips will kill the transmission because only their chips alter the load settings. I've got one of yours on the way and wondering if there is anything to this? Thanks... |

| Guest | Short answer..... Sal is full of it!!!! There are thousands of Superchips in various Fords and other autos. Superchip probably sells more chips that anybody in the country. I have couple of JDM's Superchips and have had no problems whatsoever. ------------------ John Armstrong 2000 Lightning http://www.teamjdm.com [This message has been edited by jarmstro (edited 01-04-2002).] |

| Guest | GROUNDSTRIKE, I know enough about all the software out there. Autologic, Diablosport, and Superchips have the capability of changing MAF Load Tables. We do it here on a daily basis weather it is our 90MM kit on a Lightning or putting a 90MM on a Mustang. We go through a hundrad 90MM a month. With 100% success, beacuse we actually work on these things day in and day out. So I guess jarmstro is right. Hope this helps Jim@JDM |

| Guest | GROUNDSTRIKE It is not the chip, it is the person doing the programing. If my experiance can help you at all here it is. I have 26,000 miles on my 2001 lightning. I have made over 80 1/4 mile passes with my truck. I drive it hard on the street. Get stuck in Boston stop and go trafic every day, and we have about the worst trafic in the country. I have had zero problems with my truck, it shifts better than new. If anyone is going to have problems, it would be me. So I know you will be more than happy with your JDM products. ------------------ 12.454 @ 109.49MPH on stock F1's |
