Jim, are the heads on a 4.6 & a 5.4 the same?

Justin,

The heads from a 4.6 will bolt on a 5.4.
A 5.4 is a truck engine. The heads have
larger intake ports to creat more torque.
A cobra 4 valve head that has the tumble port design the 5.4 4 valve has the tumble port design larger intake.
