| Guest | I am sad to annouce that the racing community has lost one their own. Richard Napp one of the founders of English Town Raceway Park, passed away in the early morning of Thursday December 27th. Richard is a good friend of mine. If fact he was one of the ones that encouraged me to open my doors to the public. We have worked on many projects together. You will see the latest ones pictures below. I will not express how sad I am because Richard would probably get mad at me. That is just the kind of guy he was (upbeat and always full of smiles). He was always there when I needed him, weather it was for using the track for testing or ideas about projects I was working on. Sometimes I would go to his shop to work on something and we would end up sitting there talking for hours, then go and grab a late dinner at his favorite restaurant called Huddies . | Guest | Jim, My thoughts and prayers to his family and to yours. I know you guys were good friends and I remember you telling me just a couple weeks ago about finishing up his T-bird. He will be missed. JJ [This message has been edited by JJ's SVT (edited 12-30-2001).] |

| Guest | Jim, I am very sorry to hear about the loss of your friend Richard. May God in His grace comfort you and all effected by his passing. I'm sad to say that my cancer stricken uncle has also passed away just this morning. Remember that God places different people in our lives for His divine purposes and we should not forget that. Grieve, but remember all of the good times that you shared together and thank God for them. Take care and stay strong!! Travis |
