cobra1993,

So you want a 10 sec. everyday street gen.1??
Now that's cool !
I still have alot of parts for gen.1's
The big secret to ours was 26lbs. of boost.
Our cam and exhaust infact I just sent the jig back to our header maker our gen 1 headers are stepped. They graduate up in size. Mine ran the size 1 3/4, 1 7/8 and
2 inch.
If you go to TEAMJDM.COM under magazine articles you can read about it.
Give us a call at the shop(732-780-0770) if you need any parts.

Hope this helps
Jim@JDM

Cobra1993,

I know what you mean.
About to supercharge Julie's mustang, she wants to be as fast as our two Lightnings.

Jim: what type of traction bars did you have on the truck? What pressure did you run in your slicks and what 60ft times did you get.
The truck looks great and the times are incredible.

Dave,

We copied off the Rancho design and made our own changes.
They work awesome!!!
We still have enough parts to put a couple sets togerher.
Our best 60ft. time was a 1.50.
We run 15LBS. of air pressure with tubes.

Thanks for the compliment

Could you shoot me an email with a parts list of Gen 1 stuff you carry. I've been real satisfied with your stuff on my 2001 and would like to stick with it. Gotta have a reason to put that "Custom Tuned By JDMENGINEERING" sticker on my Gen 1....

Jim: Sounds good, can you e mail me with the specifics on the bars, materials, bolt on and setup instructions, are they tuneable? or just bolt on and go? Also any welding or drilling required? What color are they and how much?

Sorry about all the questions, I was just going to get some ranchos or Caltracs and then I saw your setup, so any info is apprecieated.

Thanks.

cobra1993,

I need to know what your interested in.
We either make or can get anything you need.
We have electric fan kits in stock.
They are made from all factory Ford parts.
Give me a list of the parts you want.

Dave94Lightning,

The Rancho bars are the best design.
We use them but we make are own rear brackets.
Ours is a much better design them theirs.
Ours are tunable.
Three 3/8 hole have to be drilled no welding.
Color is your choice, we paint them.

My truck is all stock with the exception of Flowmaster mufflers, K&N drop in filter with diesel tube, recent Motorcraft tune up, Jacobs 5.0 pack ignition off my Mustang. With no other mods I ran a best of 14.96 @ 89.28. I am trying to turn it into what your old truck was. But, I don't want to get into the Engine with the exception of 1.7RRs. I do plan on larger injectors, Possibly a 70mm throttle body, definately electric fan, LONGTUBE headers, shift kit, Ranchos, and have you custom tune me a chip when you come down to Houston in 02 for FFW and some goodtimes with HALO...Any suggestions you have for my truck, I am at your mercy...You mad my Silver 01 fly as I posted in my new best times POST, YOU THE MAN!! Now do it for my 94L.....

That sounds good to me, How about you bring it with you when you come down and I'll do it all then? If it's ok?
