JDM has chosen a high performance water pump which maintains Ford factory cooling specs while decreasing parasitic losses, resulting in a 4-5 HP gain. This is accomplished through a more efficient impeller design and lighter rotating mass due to aluminum construction. The water pump is 4.5 lbs. lighter than the stock water pump it replaces. Note: This water pump can only be used in electric fan applications.
