Justin,
I bought yoyr flip chip about 2 weeks ago,(agressive/agressive-warm weather)When I bought it I told you my plans for a 4# pulley, you said it should not need a re-burn. Did I understand you correctly?
Also, do I need to put in new plugs when I add the pulley?

ILCTRIC,

You do not need a reburn for our 4 LB. pulley. In the rare case that you have any pinging or detonation after the install you will then need a reburn.

You are not required to change the plugs for the pulley swap.
