JDM Long Tube Headers have Arrived!!!

JDM is proud to announce that our new Long Tube Headers are now in stock and available.

These headers consist of the highest quality materials. They are stainless steel, mandril bent seamless primary tubes. There are no welds in the primary tubes which results in much improved flow and longer durablility. (2 1/2 Collector, 1 5/8 Primary Tube)

In the upcoming weeks we will be offering a complete exhaust system that will be compatible with our headers.

A dyno test was run on a 1999 Lightning with our long tube headers and exhaust system, mods included on the truck were:
JDM chip, 4 Lb. Lower Pulley, Single Blade Throttle Body, Air Filter Kit, Electric Fan Kit, Cobra R Water Pump, and a Torque Converter.

Dyno:

Before Headers & Exhaust
397 HP
476 LB/FT

After Headers&Exhaust
432 HP
518 LB/FT

As you can see that comes to an increase of 35 horsepower, and 42 LB/FT torque. These gains come out be 4 tenths in a quarter mile.

Prices:

-Our stainless steel seamless headers: $850.00
-Our mild steel seamless headers jet hot coated: $775.00

They both come with a lifetime warrenty.

These headers also fit on the regular F-150 5.4 vehicles.
