Are long tubes 50 stste legal?

Are your long tube headers legal in California?+

ILCTRIC,

Are any performance mods legal in California.
I know if they catch you with an open filter they make you eat cheese sandwiches for a month.
I beleave the law is that the cats have to be in stock location.
Which you can do with the cats that count but not on the pre cats.
