Long Tube Headers For Gen2

Just want to let everyone know, we are one week away from shipping our long tube headers.
They are stainless steel mandril bent seamless primary tubes.
Beacause there are no welds in the primary tubes our headers will flow better and be more durable. 2 1/2 collector, 1 5/8 primary tubes.
We will also be offering a complete exhaust system to match up with it.

We tested a 99 Lightning with our headers and exhaust system.
The mods on the truck are:
Our chip, 4 LB. lower pulley, single blade throttle body, air filter kit, electric fan,
cobra R waterpump and torque converter.

Dyno numbers before 397 HP and 476 torq.
After the long tube headers and exhaust system was installed 432 HP and 518 torq.
That equals out four 10th in a 1/4 mile.

Will it be cat or non-cat and will it hook up to bassani catback?

Yes it comes with two high flow cats and polished stainless steel.
Our compleate system comes from headers all the why back to the tail pipe, but yes you can hook it up to the bassani catback.

one more thing. as you probly know, in CA we have stirct smog laws. you said that these come with cats, i assume you mean cats on the y pipe that comes with the complete system right. because to my knowledge you cant put cats on a header. so basically, is your complete system legal in CA?

To all:

We just go done installing a set of long tube headers on Rob G's truck.
These were are all stainless steel visions.
According to the data logging we picked up 26HP with his combination.
Mabe he will post some thoughts of the headers when he gets back home.

Price:
-Our stainless steel seamless headers 850.00
-Our mild steel seamless headers jet hot coated 775.00
They both come with a liftime warrenty.

What kinda data logger is this? Have you strapped any down to the dyno? Looks to be a nice mod, maybe my next one.
