Motorolla is faster than lightning

Well i had my lightning for almost 5 months now and I got into a whole hep of trouble. Silly me thought I could out run the cops alst week and I got 4 blocks and i was surounded by 4 units just like that. I got taged for fleeing and evading, wreckless driving and illegal squeeling of tires. and just the other day I got a warning for loud exaust........damn will it ever end? looks like its time to get a lawyer....

Dude, why did you try to run? So are you looking at jail time for that? I once got out of a drag racing ticket becasue I pulled over and the other guy ran. Dont run unless you stole the truck! I had a car stolen and the cops were chasing him and let him go because he was driving "to fast for public safety". They found my stripped car the next day... on fire!

But anyway, get a very good lawyer. I wish you the best of luck in court!

Well the reason I ran is because im 20 and i was looking at a DUI ....so maybe it turned out for the better cuz they didnt know i was drunk. they had there heart set on finding drugs in the truck and they were unsuccessful.... and the part that pissed me of is the damn scratches the K-9 left on the leather.

you might be able to outrun the cops but youll never outrun that damn radio. Why would you drive your lightning drunk anyway? Might wanna sit that thing in the driveway and stay away from it for a while.

svttrucken, take Super Zor's advice and sit the truck or better yet go ahead and sell it,by the time the insurance company gets done with you youll have to, then one day when you grow up a bit buy another back.
I cringe at the thought of 360 plus HP in the hands of a youngster, not to mention a drunk youngster that on top of that is fleeing the police.
I don't have to point out the obvious here, because I'm sure you have done a lot of soul searching by now.
Hell with the attorney, money suckers, go in and throw yourself at the mercy of the court, you really deserve whatever the judge gives you. You did the the crime so do the time.
Part of the healing process is fessing up to the mistakes you make and learn from them.
Good luck, and I'm sorry for lecturing you, just wouldnt want my kids and wife mowed down by a drunk in a lightning.

Tony Soprano -- before you go racing any one in your truck you should loose a couple of pounds, your truck is heavy enough as it is and dont tell me what to buy and what not to buy . I'll buy, drive and take care of what ever I want to and how I want to....
Sstock -- much better approch, I appreciate that. but no, I wont sell it, I wont park it and as far as youngster is concerned 360+ hp is what i earn and i work hard for and yes I will get a lawyer so i can keep my licence and continue to earn my 360+ hp. and who really needs someone they dont know harping on them telling them what to do and how to act. I mean its one thing to give advice but look at this from my point of view.

Hey truckin, i don't think guys are telling you what to do or harping so much as trying to make you realize the risk you take with drinking and driving or running from the cops, dude not only your life but others around you also. we've all done some stupid things in are life but we learn from are mistakes.

Tony has probably the lightest Gen 2 that I am aware of(except for the people that strip thier's to race). And that is with him in it. The only suggestion I have for you is to listen to some of these people and keep your mouth shut. Next time you do something that stupid, you might wind up 6 feet under.

You must have been totally wasted and retarded at the time.

You might want to consider this, cops are gonna be pissed that your going to drive drunk, but they might alos just kick your *** and have sombody follow you home alos. maybe a minor speeding ticket to get your panties in a bunch, but your in a seroious world of trouble now. Your like one of those guys on TV that runs from the cops but is to stupid to realize that they have a ****load of friends that hate people like you that run. I don't care what kind of car you are going to drive, they will get you. And they'll do what ever they have to do to get you! If it means killing you, I wouldn't put it past them. So what if you don't have any weapons, they'll give you won when your dead corpse is laying in the drivers seat full of 10 bullet holes.

Not defending what he did in anyway (it was very dumb), but cops are dumb (at times) too! You say no one ever gets away? BS!! The guys that stole my car got away. 4 different cities were persuing, but they called it off becasue he went 90 mph! WTF is that!?!?!?Had a buddy that ran from the cops and got away with it, once.

You know, a speeding ticket, or even DUI is much better than living with the guilt of killing someone innocent, or winding up dead yourself! Be safe!
