Lowering a Gen 1 Lightning

I searched the forums, so if it was posted already I apologize now.

Looking at lowering a Gen 1 Lightning Front/Back. Only can find shackles for rear. Anyone done this? If yes, what did you use?

You may be able to find Eibach or Steeda lowering springs for the front. But your only 100% bet is a set of DJM or Belltech 3" dropped I-beams for the front. Summit Racing carries these. For the rear, you are correct with the dropped shackles. But for an even further drop in the rear, look into a hanger and shackle kit from DJM or Belltech as well. Hope this helps, do a search on the forums using some of the keywords I have listed above for more info. Welcome to the NLOC!
