Exclamation Need some help, advice and parts!

Ok, so im not a lightning owner....but i have a 93 F-150 w/Mark III Conversion, a 5oh and E4OD tranny. I am looking into converting from Speed Density to Mass-Air. I read on an article that because i have the E4OD i can use the mustang comp and MAFS for engine control and keep the stock comp for tranny control. I'd rather just use a comp and sensor out of a 95-96 F-150 or bronco to eliminate the need for both EECs. Any parts, advice, or help i can get would be awsome!
I got a second question....why does my 93 5.0 F-150 have the E4OD transmission...i was under the impression that those were mostly used in the 351w and 460 trucks.....like i said, any help on this issue would be most appriceated!!!
