Eibach Lowering Kit Installation

Hi gentlemen( and ladies) from over the pond in Sunny Scotland.
I've just taken delivery of a Pro Kit from Eibach to lower my Lightning.

Any tips on the instal would be most appreciated. I have had a look around the threads and found a wee bit of info regarding the rear hangers. My mechanical knowledge is limited but I read that I will have to drill/grind out the old rivets and replace them with the bolts supplied when fitting the new hangers.

What I have failed to find is advice on the front springs. Are these difficult to install?
Do I have to compress the new springs prior to fitting?

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.....don't be frightened to post pics

Cheers
