Weight reduction

Can anyone help me with some ideas for weight reduction. I know I have seen a thread somewhere and I tried searching but i couldn't find it. Maybe it was on another website. I have taken the trailer hitch off and tailgate and the bench seat but i have run out of ideas. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

oh and only have a 1/5 tank of gas is nice 8 X 20 = 160lbs

Spare tire, spare tire winch, front sway bar, rear sway bar, relocate passenger side shock and remove upper shock mount, race wheels, ...

Lightweight cargo cover helps reduce weight as well as provide aerodynamics. Lightweight wheels and seats help also.
