95' Rear Bumper Swap

WHAT IS INVOLVED IN REMOVING THE FACTORY TUBE BUMPER AND REPLACING IT WITH A FACTORY STEP BUMPER,CAN ANY BRACKETS BE SAVED?OR DO NEW ONES NEEDED TO BE INSTALLED FOR THE STEP BUMPER?THANKS IN ADVANCE!

If you buy a new bumper you will need to get brackets,license lamps and bumper pads.If I were you I would go to a salvage yard and buy a complete unit off an XL truck with painted bumpers.Should be able to get those real cheap.
