| Guest | Can't the Bassani's be bought for about the same price? Any benefit to the JBA's over the Bassani's? ------------------ My Webshot Page |

| Guest | This was posted by HouseofSpeed on 4/6/2000 I have JBAs on my truck...they are unequal and did make a considerable difference in my torque numbers. I went from 297 to 331 at the wheels...but lost some HP. They fit well and look nice...best of all they were extremely reasonable in price. Bought them off of this classified page, probably wouldn't have paid the "new" price for them. ------------------ My Webshot Page |

| Guest | Yeah, I just went to JBAs page and they have a header shootout by MM&FF (1993 article) and the JBAs outflowed everything else. Even the equal length headers (at the time). They did have a good selection of headers for the shootout. Lil Sam JBA says supercharged applications will really benefit from the headers (they say up to 40 hp).....thats right up our alley. Is anyone out there running them? ------------------ MATTMAN NLOC Member #451 '01 BMW 325i '87 Gt Stang 12.54@108 NA '93 Lightning 13.88@97.1 POWERDYNE (5lbs) 1/2" Phenolic spacer MSD 6AL w/Blaster Coil Kenne Bell filter/airbox 180 deg thermostat NGK TR5 plugs Transgo shift kit Rancho torque arms Cat Back straight pipes The rest STOCK...for now! |

| Guest | Thanks for the pics Muddmann! It does look like these headers will still give you easy access to the plugs. ------------------ MATTMAN NLOC Member #451 '01 BMW 325i '87 Gt Stang 12.54@108 NA '93 Lightning 13.88@97.1 POWERDYNE (5lbs) 1/2" Phenolic spacer MSD 6AL w/Blaster Coil Kenne Bell filter/airbox 180 deg thermostat NGK TR5 plugs Transgo shift kit Rancho torque arms Cat Back straight pipes The rest STOCK...for now!
