| Guest | If you want in on a ZEX group purchase let me know Zex is a safer nitrous to run than any other. It will be $100 off for the full kit. Which puts it around the 480's The Zex kit is self regulating and adjusts fuel pressure according to bottle pressure. It is TPS activated and include a one year warranty. Email me for details. tblanchard@scperformance.com |

| Guest | Details, well, as far as pricing goes, it costs $595 from Zex and 4 or more will get it for $489. This is the whole kit Ignore the part number listed for the kit, you would get the appropriate one for your Truck. Also, I will see if I can get some plugs and bigger jets, they have a 75,100 and 125 available as well in this. Kit Includes the following: ZEX™ Nitrous Management Unit (Part #82007), U.S. Patent #5,967,099 Plug & play performance - All major components are contained in the ZEX™ "NMU", which means you won't have any unsightly solenoids or wiring. Worlds only "Smart" nitrous system - Uses actual bottle pressure to regulate the nitrous to fuel ratio, always optimizing the mix. Never too rich, never too lean! Our difference in approach results in more horsepower per nitrous used through all bottle pressures. ZEX™ 15amp Power Arming Switch With Cover (Part #82002) Protective cover prevents accidental system arming High quality steel toggle switch allows many years of trouble-free service Available assembled or as individual parts Switch cover only - Part #NS6545 Switch only, no cover - Part #NS6551 ZEX™ Nitrous Supply Bottle And Control Head (Part #82000) Chrome bottle valve Chrome bottle nut 10 lbs. purple nitrous bottle -4AN Bottle valve fitting Teflon bottle valve seal Siphon tube ZEX™ Nitrous Nozzle (Part #NS6550) Precision CNC machined aircraft quality aluminum construction Simple installation, screws into air intake tube behind mass air flow sensor Three flow jet sets are included for your choice of 55hp, 65hp, or 75hp Unique design provides perfect atomization of nitrous with intake air supply ZEX™ Nitrous System Brackets, Hoses, & Hardware Bottle brackets Bracket, tall - (1) Bracket, short - (1) Nitrous delivery lines -3AN stainless steel braided line, two feet long - (1) -4AN stainless steel braided line, fifteen feet long - (1) Vacuum hoses Rubber hose, twenty-four inches long, 3/16 SAE30R/KY - (2) 3/16 inch hose clamps - (4) Nozzle accessories Nozzle bulkhead fitting - (1) Tap for cutting threads into the air intake - (1) Other hardware Wire taps - (2) Barrel connector - (1) Spade connector - (1) Ring Terminal - (1) Black cable ties - (10) Grommets - (2) Printed installation manual with pictures - (1) not legal for sale or use in California on pollution controlled vehicles |

| Guest | I have read articles on this system in MM&FF on a mustang a couple of months ago and its a really impressive and neat set up with the smart box. I might me interested in trying juice and a blower but only if I run a small shot. Can you get smaller jets, like 30 or 40 shots?? Also does it come with a purge system b/c I didn't see one listed?? If anything, it would be cool just as a "ah" factor!! LOLThanks ------------------ Shane L. | Guest | LZ, I will have to check on the purge for you. It starts at 55hp shot, but I will see if they have anything less than that. http://www.scperformance.com/ASP/GroupBuys/Zex.asp Tom |

| Guest | Sweet... I have read articles on this system and have a question. The smart electronic controller ups you fuel pressure relative to bottle pressure right?!?! But would this be good on supercharged apps because I'm running an FMU? Would it boost FP to high under boost and juiced conditions? Just food for thought I suppose. ------------------ Shane L. | Guest | Yes, it boosts fuel pressure under juice relative to juice bottle pressure. Let me quote them again: "Worlds only "Smart" nitrous system - Uses actual bottle pressure to regulate the nitrous to fuel ratio, always optimizing the mix. Never too rich, never too lean! " Tom |

| Guest | Yeah, ZEX is badass. no solenoids or anything that can be really seen. The hardest part is finding a good place to put the box. www.zex.com Anyways, I've been looking into ZEX but no one over at the SyTy board really likes the stuff on there truck. A small shot like 50 or so shouldn't be too bad. Does anyone know if ZEX makes a setup for our trucks? Or L98 TPI F-bodies/Vettes? Thanks |

| Guest | They have a setup that will work for the L's; but I have no idea about the F-Bodies. They need a certain voltage measurement from the tps. Most GM's do not give the voltage readout that the setup needs and you have to adapt it to work. For the L, it would be a bolt-in. I can ask if you want one. Tom |
