I would say the performance would be nearly identical to the Gen 2 Lightning. It's not like they're saving on weight or adding significant power over the Gen 2.

I agree. The curb weight of a non-all-wheel-drive Sport Trac is about 4200#s.

what upsets me is that the bean counters postponed the lightning because it was too expensive, but they can come out with the adrenalin-- that's supposed to be less expensive.
