A 4.6..... Wtf

The adrenalin is going to be a 4.6.... from what I read at least...

How can they justify puting a 5.4 in the cobra and going down to a 4.6 in the truck.... Is it a clearance issue ?

There isn't a 5.4 in the Cobra. The '03-'04 Cobra has a supercharged DOHC 4.6 liter. The same exact engine that's going in the new Adrenaline.

The next Cobra will be a 5.4 DOHC SC. I think that is what he is referring to.

They are using the the 03-04 Cobra Motor in the Adrenaline. i think it is an awesome choice. That is a bad *** motor. It is a far better motor than the curent Lightning powerplant in my opinion. Plus it is going to be all wheel drive! Should be sweet.

Exclamation

The SVT Adrenalin will NOT have the 03/04 cobra engine with 4 valves. It will be a 2 valve engine with a larger MAF and have close to, or 400 hp!

The latest from my spies.

I've read the new cobra will run 5.4, 32 valve S/C. Anybody else know if someone will offer that in a crate engine that can be dropped into an L?
