computer issues? HELP PLEASE

hi everyone i recently put another stock engine in my 99 L after i sold my old turbo engine.
I returned the computer back to stock (removed the chip) and the truck has set up for about a year now.
The engine is turning over like it should every fuse, wire and sensor has been checked and seems to be fine but the truck will not fire at all NO SPARK ( i have power to the coils) could the computer be the problem or am i just overlooking something maybe a criss-crossed vacuum hose or something any input would help me greatly and thanks again for looking

if the computer is the problem can i buy a new diablo predator and just install a tune or will i need it reflashed?

it shouldn't be i would not think i honestly dont know how to tell i didnt build the engine but i would assume he set it correctly when he built it how can i tell?

UPDATE: engine tried to fire earlier not sure what caused it but it has stopped firing again but now i have a squeaking sound from the back of the engine every about 15 turns ????? your guess is as good as mine checked the converter and flyheel and starter all seem to be fine ????? again i am lost
