So i was thinking how about July 4th weekend we make a SVT Lightning meet in Sylvan Lake. If thats okay with everyone else. I figured Sylvan Lake because its in the middle with most people from e-town and calgary. if thats okay with everyone else. if you want a diff place to meet up post it up and we can talk about it im up for almost anywhere. figured its soposed to be real nice out, sylvan Lake is a nice place in the summer time, we could meet earliyish in the morning down at the beach so it doesnt get to busy for parking just yet. then we could all head into red deer for a lil cruise and get some food or something. Just an idea or thought. Anyway If everyone is up for this let me know. or if you think we should post the meet somewhere else then let us know. Anyway its getting late and i should be in bed when i got to work in the morning...
Not to steer away from the thread content (good for a bump) but, I talked to the bro and I guess he had problems with Matt at tecmotion. Something about not telling him his injectors were maxed out, and not giving him critical information.

Did they run into any problems tuning yours? What new mods did you have for the tune? They're rate is 139/hr.

Im not happy with the tune i got done in Edmonton from Martin at AFI. i feel something aint right.
got wideband after tune and its all over the board on that thing.

I will not be going to the Sylvan show. I stick to Edmonton and area. With only running 94 octane it limits trips.

Keep in mind A/F on dyno's aren't always going to be the same as on the road. The load on the dyno will never be the same as actually driving.

At a local dyno day I purposely did a few good street runs and my A/F was 11.7, then I pulled onto the dyno within the next hour, and I was getting 12.2

ya i was just about to anounce that sonic blue thank you. Are you gonna be there at that car show? i will. come say hi if you see me there, i think ill put the truck in for fun. and just so i can get close parking haha. Anyway i got some pics and vids from last weekend at the 100ft shoot out. me and Jeffs truck. the gto judge had a killer paint job on it. and the tricked out diesel was from NADP and it was runnin 2.1 seconds in 100ft lol. thats like a 1.7 60ft in a full size diesel truck lol. that thing was sick thats for sure. i sure love the sound of the ported blower lol. I never really noticed how much louder it really is compared to stock until i heard jeffs and when i had mine dynoed. i ran a 2.7 seconds at 37 mph in 100ft. its ok i guess. i still think somethings messed up with the tune. anyways it was not to bad and some nice cars. The Fox body i ran i won against and that car was sick, he was havin trouble with traction that car was gorgeous, built 5.0l with trick flow heads and non-intercooled procharger runnin m/t drag radials. that car was real nice. The people running the tree sure did not have a darn clue what was going on. they always forgot to re-set the darn thing and lights were going off at wrong times.. oh well what can ya do right. anyway hope you guys like the pics and I hope we can get a decent turn out for the meet. and il be at the car show this weekend. dont know for how long tho since i got a wedding reception i half to go to in red deer. Hope to see you guys there.
