Today we took the shop truck to cecil county to see what this 2.8 Mammoth KB could really do...We have heard there are those who are laughing at the dyno numbers i posted with the 2.8 a few weeks back..Like i have always said JLP does not try to inflate any dyno #'s at all. thats just plain stupid! we would much ratherr show lower #'s to our customers instead of higher#'s..The reason you might ask? When a customer goes to the track and runs faster than what they thought due to maybe lower dyno #'s than what they were expecting.its very gratifying to say the least, But when they go to
the track and run much slower than what the dyno #'s indicated..Well you Know whats going to happen right?..But anyhow getting back to the 2.8KB..Like i have always said dyno's walk and ET's TALK..we showed 800 rwhp with our dyno..So we got to see 1st hand that the dyno #'s are on the conservative side.(like i knew they were)..The truck weighs 4300#

Johnny, Congratulations on the fantastic times, 9.5 at 143 is unbelievable for a full weight truck without a turbo. How streetable is this setup? The suspension mods are very basic with is super cool but how are the cams/idol? Is it decent on the street?
