Question calling hdmlnium

Had some questions. In your desription of your truck you put that you have full Bassani exhaust. I have the Bassani headers on my truck and was looking to due the rest of the exhaust. In asking around the guys at JDM told me that there was little to no gain in doing full exhaust unless I do full length headers. What do you think? Did you get any gains out of your system. I would think that you had to have because your truck is absolutly hauling ***. My truck ran a previous best of 8.30 at 85.1 in the 1/8 mile before I added the #4 lower pulley, what gains should I expect? Lastly what change do you feel added the most gains to you truck. I see that you have elec fan.You must be doing something right!!!

To answer your question on the full Bassani exhaust, I do have the full kit on my truck, but the part that you bought should come off for a set of long tubes in my opinion. I will be taking the Bassani shorty headers off real soon for the JDM long tubes, I think with the long tubes and the rest of the Bassani exhaust that it should make a great combination. I am not sure if I really got any gains by doing the full exhaust but the truck now sounds the way that I feel that it should have from the factory. It really sounds great, I have not heard a better sounding exhaust yet.
I only have a two pound lower pulley, but I went from 13.1-13.2's to a 12.7 by adding the 2 lb. pulley, 373 gears, electric fan and cobra waterpump.
My signature is misleading as my 12.0 runs on my 22's and my 11.7 run on 16" ET streets was done on a 100 wet shot of NOS. Don C made my signature and he left out the NOS for some reason so I apologize if my times mislead you.
I feel the best bang for the buck was the NOS kit, a 100 shot will shave about 1 full second of your E.T.
I am having JDM do a few things to my truck over the winter (mods to be disclosed after testing) but I am hoping to be in the 10's with out useing the NOS, time will tell.
I hope that I have answered your questions and if you have any more feel free to ask.

Bill
