| Guest |  Calling LightningJeff Jeff, I saw that you have the jdm long tube headers and exhaust. Can you tell me about them and whats involved ie...$. I have gone with all JDM parts so far. Shawn at JDM said that my bassani headers aren't worth much performancewise and that they have picked up as much as 50 hp w/ their set up. | Guest |  I have gone for a ride in Jeff's truck and all I can say is WOW His truck really screams......he punched it from a 20 roll and there were 40 yards of tracks behind us  Granted he has a 4# lower, filter kit...yada yada yada. But this was also on a new 2001 engine with only 1500mi on it!!! Oh ya back to the exhaust.......it sounds great. Tell me about your fog light mod, I have a 99 with 01 lighting and can not figure an easy way to mount the fog lamps. 99 and 01 are completly different. | Guest |  Thanks for the kind words Joe. Gotta love the long tubeheaders. I think I paid $1700 for the Longtubes, stainless high flow cats, stainless magnaflow, all the pipes in between. I had it installed a JDM. I let the pros do it. You can always sell your shorty headers. | Guest |  Jeffs truck is a beauty and probably going to run low to mid 12,s.I wish i had the cash to get custom paint, but i am spending it all on go fast goodies.So jeff you better not line up with me or your custom paint might blister off lol,or my engine will blow and you will still have one of the sweetest L's in the country. greg |
