Is there any difference big or small between chrome replica 18" or 20s an the Ford chrome weels?

The only thing that I can think of is that the Fords say SVT on the center cap and the repicas have a lightning bolt. Besides that, I haven't noticed any difference. I think that the 18" replicas I have seen were 8 1/2 wide though, but don't hold me to that.
