Thumbs down

Don't race one and then it wouldn't matter.

Stock vs stock an '01 Lightning would probably be even with a new Cobra. My '00 Lightning would have lost. On a roll, the cobra has the edge.

I raced a new cobra about a week ago from a 30 mph roll. I just barely edged him out. My truck was stock at the time b/c I was taking it into the dealer for the i/c recall. We raced to 100. Any more than that and he would have probably gone back by me.

Question

I test drove a brand new one and I wasn't that impressed. Then again, it wasn't broken in yet either. I guess it was about the same as test driving the brand new L.

I beat a drop top Cobra by about 2 cars, but a drop top is a bit heavier.
