got my CD version on e-bay for about $15. Has come in very handy. Covers all trucks up to 2001 including anything that is Lightning specific.

The one I have is the factory Ford one. The cd says Ford Motor Company 2001-2002 Workshop Information. January 2001 version 7.0. P/N FCS-12551-01T7. They pop up on e-bay all the time. Not sure if you can buy them from the dealer or not.
