Post Locking lugs

Hey guys. Anyone put locking lugnuts on their wheels? I have been to a couple of auto parts stores, and no one can tell me what I need, since they are different than most lugs. Thanks

Throw cold water on them and they will unlock. LMAO.

Need to know what year you had.

You won't find the right ones at an auto parts store (at least I never did). You should break down and pay $40 for the ones from a Ford dealer. Part number is YL3Z-1A043-BA (right from the package). The computer at the dealer says these are not for the Lightning or the HD, but beleive me when I say they fit fine. Same finish as the stock lugs. Several of us 2001 guys in DFW have them.

I don't have any pictures of the wheels up close on mine, but the locking lugs have the exact same finish as the stock lugs. I'f you're using the stock lugs on your chrome wheels, putting these locks will be fine.

I have them on my 01 and they look good, would look good on a chrome rim too. Just go to your dealer and order them, they'll be able to look them up for your 99. They should cost about 34 bucks.
