Cool

D.J.M makes a very nice kit for our trucks.Springs, lower control arms and camber kit for the front. The rear uses a new set of hangers, shackles and shorter bump stops. You will also need a 2degree pinion angle wedge to correct the drive shaft angle.I have 5" 6" kit which have to use a in frame notch,I also use Firestone 2600c bags for the rear so I can still haul my show truck. If you get the 3"4" kit I would still recomend a in frame notch unless you don't mind hearing your rear hit the bump stops in the rear.REMBER OUR TRUCKS ARE LOWERED FROM THE FACTORY 1" SO A 3"4" KIT IS REALLY A 4"5" DROP!!!!!It should only take about 8 hours start to finish including the alignment.Have fun if you have any questions let me know.

Thumbs up

FASTASSTRUCK:
BellTech isn't the only way to go, but it is a pretty good kit. That is the kit that I used, the BellTech 3/4 kit with the BellTech nitro-active shocks. I have pics in my zing album of what the kit includes. also of my truck before and after the kit. Bill

You can get a 2"dropby using a new set of coils up front or just lower controll arms.As for the rear just use the shackels.

Hey NC Lightning, any pics of your truck? Id love to see it! I love lowered trucks, my 93 is dropped 3"/4" with a Belltech kit and if my offer goes through on a new 2000 it too will get at least a 3"/4" drop.

THERE ARE 2 WAYS OF LOWERING A TRUCK,THE RIGHT WAY AND THE CHEAP WAY!!!!IF YOU CAN'T DO IT THE RIGHT WAY DON'T DO IT AT ALL!!!!THAT'S WHAT GIVES THE LOWERED TRUCK SCENE SUCH BAD WRAP...A BUNCH OF PEOPLE HACKING THERE TRUCKS APART JUST BECOUSE THERE TO CHEAP!!!SO FOR THE SAKE OF ALL OF US DON'T DO IT TILL YOU CAN AFFORD IT...
