Wink

Diff main caps: 77ft

Pinion shaft lock bolt: 22ft

Ring gear bolts: 111ft

On a side note, the 9.75 takes the same main cap bolt as the 8.8. If you would like to use ARP studs you can, just ask for 8.8 or Dana 60 these are the same for the 9.75.

Thanks jigawatt, thats about what I put on them. I was able to get away with the stock carrier shims and the pinion depth shim. I used Reider Racings Precision Gear set and he sent it with a factory solid spacer. We had to grind it down and then used two 0.010 shims to get about 20 to 25 in pounds of preload. I filled it up with oil and have about as close to complete silence that you can get from aftermarket gears. You have to hang your head altheway out the rear window and let out of the gas to hear only a slight wimper. I am sold. the whole thing cost $300.00 shipped for the gears and $15.00 for the oil. 1st gear is killer.
