Injection Ignorance

Folks I know nothing about injection.I have a 94 Lightning.It has 19lb injectors
It is sluggish at low speeds.Kick it in the *** and its fine.127k miles I want to try the Accel 21lb or 24lb injectors. It acts like its not getting enough fuel.Summit advertises that these are factory replacement and needs no computer adjustment. Is this true? What is a tweecer? Thanks
