need info

I have a 1993 f150 whith a 300 2wd. want to swap it for 351should i get mass air flow or stick whith sd. also want to supercharge but before that would like to do some head work and if it will do any good put a cam in it and will the lower end hold up. I would want my truck to be a relaible for daily drivng but however have some awsome performance. Any ideas new ideas how to tackle this and best bang for the buck would be great.
