Dropping the truck

How crucial do you guy think it is to do this on a level surface? My driveway is cracked and uneven.Can I still do it on it?

as long as it suported safely, should not matter
IMO.

however installing trac bars is another story, needs to be on flat ground so holes you drill are correct

Agreed...

As long as you're just installing parts using hangers, brackets, flanges and mounts that are already there, the truck being right side up, upside down or laying on it's side really doesn't matter.

But, if you're fabbing or drilling... that's a different story.
