they are 195 shipped$ no matter which version.

i dont charge a core but i do ask that buyers return their old valve body to me. kind of like the honor system. if you want to keep your old v/b it is an additional 25$

i am toying with the idea of just raising the price to 205$ plus ship and just letting the customer keep their core. as of late the whole honor system thing has not been working all that well.........

Because they are too lazy to package it up and too cheap to ship it back. What they will end up doing is having the rest of the guys paying more because of them. Then they are the same guys complaining of the price of good parts.

Thanks for the info Paul. I wouldn't have a problem w/ returning my V/B if I bought one from you. Which V/B do you recommend?

Chuck
chuck in most cases i recommend the street. its got plenty of bite. the harder you push it the firmer it shifts....its not a parking lot banger.... the COMP is just too much for a stock tire, stock stall truck.......

one of my gen 2 customers who uses the comp was saying how he almost lost it when it shifted 3rd at the track this week......its very aggressive. needs plenty of tire.......

I have a 91 F-150 that i use as a daily driver and some times run it at the track, but the tranny doesnt have a good feel too me. It is way to soft. I have a worked over 302 in front of it.
And i have an 01 F-250 that i use as a tow pig. Would they both use the same valve body? Or would you have to adjust them? I believe they are the same core tranny E4OD and 4R100 (4 wheel drive).
If so i will be ordering two of them from you soon.

if it has an e4od or 4r100 i can work the valve body. i have done many for both for towing and deisels...

both of those trannies use the same v/b...how they have a slight difference which makes them not compatible. they are designated by casting #.

89-94 E9
95 F5
96-04 F6

so you would need an E9 and an F6. i keep all in stock ready to build.
