FMS Mass Air

I have a fms mass air kit on my 95 L that is for 30lb injectors. Since Iam going to sell my blower I want to go back to 19's. Can I do this by changing air meter and injectors only? It also has a superchip on it. Thanks

You will need the stock computer for the 19"s or you could just leave the 30's take out the chip and it will run just fine.
If you take the mass air out you could sell it no problem.

I have heard that these trucks will do better with mass air on gas than without. Is this true? Thanks

The biggest thing you will notice when going to the FMS or any other MAF conversion is the smoothness in the lower RPM range. Fuel mileage should go up do to it being sequential injector firing instead of batch firing. This only lasts until 3000/3500rpms though then MAF goes batch also.
throttle response is a lot quicker also. It was to me anyway. When you go out an rev you stock L quickly you get a slight studder before it revs up right? MAF just revs up quick and smooth. What this has to do with anything I do not know! LOL!
I have the FMS mass air conversion with the stock 80mm meter and a Gen.2 90mm MAf meter. I will probably be ditching/putting it up for sale maybe by this weekend. Going to a custom set up. Lot's of wiring but...............I want something different.

Not too big at all. The AKCO is set up for them in the ECM programing. Real nice.
