Question Timing??

Hello,
I cannot seem to find the spout connector that I need to remove to correctly adjust my timing. Any help would be great. And also I purchased a superchip, do I need to set my timing back to 10 degrees or not? Thanks Jeff

Look on or near the driver's fender for a two wire loom and a gray plastic connector, this is the spout. Go ahead and separate then shoot your timing, then don't forget to reconnect. I would experiment with initial timing with your chip. Fuel octane that you run will determine how much timing you can get away with.

Jeff, the spout connector is under the hood on the drivers side in front of the processor. It is a black wire with a gray plug. When you unplug it the tone of the engine will change. Also I had a superchip and I had to set the timing back to 10deg. Good luck.
