| Guest | You can't install the actual gen2 wheels since the bolt pattern is different. You CAN get the gen2 clones with the gen1 bolt pattern from afswheels.com Some guys have those, and they look sweet. I'd say the biggest complication is acute reduction of bank account size. Especially if you are the type that goes through tires fast ![]() |

| Guest | Awwww, thanks for the kind words Steve! I actually still do come around here often, but haven't posted much lately, I've been busy with too many things at once. And those tires are 295/45 ZR 17's, the same brand and size that came on the first Gen 2 trucks. I heard that Good Year discontinued them, but I don't know. And yes, I have been having a blast with my new WRX. It snowed a lot here this week, about a foot, which is more than this area has seen in many years. It's just a pleasure to drive in the snow.
