Question Suggestions for mass-air or not

Whats up guys?
I'm new to this board.I ust want some advice if i should convert my 1991 F-250 4x4 to mass-air.I have a bunch of mods i've done over the years.
Heres the list.....let me know what you think.
Rebuilt 302 efi .30 over
Crane compu cam
Edelbrock aluminum heads w/ford svo roller rocker arms
Ford Motorsport polished aluminum valve covers
Ford Motorsport 24lbs fuel injectors
Mallory polished aluminum adjustable fuel pressure regulator
Edelbrock performer upper/lower intake manifold with trick flow 1" heat spacer
BBK 56mm throttle body
Airade throttle body spacer
Casper throttle position sensor enhancer
Msd 6a ignition box
Accel super coil w/8.8 300+ wires
Mach polished aluminum power pulleys
Heddman full length headers w/custom true 2 1/4 exhaust w/2 flowmaster 50 series mufflers
Custom built C6 trans w/ shift kit and 1800 stall converter
The truck runs good,i just want to know if i'm getting robbed of some power.
