| Guest | Who knows for sure...Some people say the stock head gaskets cant take much. If there's no detonation I dont see why you couldnt run about that much intercooled boost. We just changed the pulley(not track tested yet) to bump the boost back up to about 13 psi. Havent had any trouble yet. Just carefull with the timing retard when on pump gas. That YS setup you're doing sounds awesome. I can see one in the future here too ![]() Billy ------------------ NLOC #527 99 Red Lightning 13.58@102.0 94 Vorteched Lightning 12.48@108.39 90 LX 393ci 10.51@130.02 nat asp on 15" Nittos 93 LX 357ci 11.56@120.60 nat asp on 17" Nittos www.white.stangnet.com [This message has been edited by CarolinaLightning (edited 11-10-2001).] |

| Guest | I think the stock head gaskets are pretty good really! I'm running 14lbs of boost on the big end of the race track, not intercooled.....yet! ------------------ Shane L. "A youth becomes a man when the mark he wants to leave on the world has nothing to do with tires....." |
