Torque-Converters?

Hey Guys,
Did Generation 1 trucks have a lock-up converter? I was curious if I would have any problems towing a trailer in O/D or not. Give me suggestions.

yes they do have a lockup converter and no i wouldnt recommend towing in O/D...
