I think with my next truck I'm getting a Rhino lining sprayed in, then a reg. bedliner dropped inside of it. The reg. bedliner softens some of the heavy blows from big stuff dropping on the floor of the bed. My $0.02.

Cool

How do you guys use your trucks with the liners? There is a company that I do a lot of work with that puts them in all their work trucks. They don't seem to be holding up very well in an everyday hard use application. These trucks are with a paving co. though. Everyday paving tools, waterbox risers, rakes, shovels, etc. Big peices peeling off now. I know it could have been a problem with the application, and this is probably a lot more than an L will see. Just curious how they hold up in your trucks as I've been thinking of eliminating the carpet myself.

I had to strip a lot of my Rhino liner away when the truck was repainted. I've had it for a couple of years and I have mixed feelings about it. The product varies as much as the people who apply it. I've seen rhino liners that are 5-8 years old that look brand new with no scratches and nicks, but I've seen newer ones that look like crap. I'd depends on how well they apply it in terms of adhesion preparation, thickness, consistency, etc. I already have a big scratch in mine just from rolling a beer keg out.

Just have to make sure the cleaning and prep
work is right. That would be one of the factors. Also is the guy spraying thick enough and is it mixed right. your right alot
can very with different people and places
appying it. its still the best one i've seen
though. My buddies 93 has had engine blocks, trannys, rearends in his and its fine being
about five years old.....wht94

Whas up? I work for a shop here in Spokane Where we do truck accs., we also do spray in liners. all the chemicals are pretty much the same. It is mixed in equal parts through a special pump, it also heats the lines it goes through. The biggest thing to its life is prep & care. Larry
