Post Found something in my wheel well

Now this is pretty weird, The other day I was detailing the truck and saw something hanging down between the right inner fender wheel house and outer fender.
It turned out to be somekind of soft foam insulating strip that doesnt look like it belonged on this truck anywhere. At first I though it could of been the insulater that would go between the inner and outer fender but it doesnt look the shape??????
Anyone else ever find this sort of thing??????

Question

Is it a little strip about 3/4" wide and 2 1/2" long? It is an anti-rattle insulator for the lug wrench. Hey, I found a sanding disc wired to my passenger inner fender that was obviously done at the factory. The truck has no evidence of ever having any front end body work, either. Some of the other guys have found one of those, too.

BigBlack-L - You got that right, In fact your probably thinking of the plant that built my 1st 2 F-series, Oakville Ont. For the "Un-Initiated" to walk into a plant it must be impossible to believe they ship anything. But there are some very neat things happening some places. Floor mats for gm's Janesville WI plant come in staged by model as they're set on the line and are custom fit for each vehicle as ordered with a water jet. Mis-shaped stacks of carpet & vinyl are trimmed exactly to fit & installed in minutes. NEAT! That plant builds all the Suburbans, some Yukons, and 4-door pick-ups, and did build a mid-sized truck or two like the Top Kick and something else. LOTS of different variations possible. I'm sure FORD has they're share of High Tech tools too.

I even found a flashlight in the door of a brand new Explorer when I was a Ford tech. I also found a "Ford" paper coffee cup smashed under the carpet of my Maverick.
