Arrow New pics- Chrome Gen II Wheels

I finally got the pictures of my truck developed. I am pretty pleased with the outcome. Take a look, tell me what you think.

http://www.zing.com/album/?id=4293072033

Appearance mods are:

-Eibach/Bell Tech 1-2" Drop
-Fresh new paint
-Painted Front Plates on Mirrors
-Steel Sir Michael's pan with welded/shaved seams
-Emblems and Decals removed
-18" Chrome Gen II wheels

There are 8 pictures in the series. The picture quality isn't great, but you'll get the idea.

Not to sound critical or anything(I love the way your truck looks) but I would lower it an inch or two all the way around to get it to sit on the tires more..After that it'll be drop dead gorgeous..

Looking great. What size tires did you go with? Keep up the good work.

Looks great. I love what you've done with the rollpan.

At a glance it reminds me of a fox 5.0 with the cobra r rims.

How much was it to paint the mirrors? That looks KILLER.

Kevin,
Great looking truck. Mine's about the same, except the wheels aren't chromed. How do you like the way the tire/wheel combo improved the handling?

Kevin,
Your truck looks great.
When you removed the emblems on the fenders, was there a hole to fill?

There are holes to fill where the emblems were, so the whole fender has to be repainted if you want to do it. I also have the Gen II Lightning badges that I was thinking of putting on. I'm not sure if I want to now because I like the way it looks with no badging at all.

I agree that I need to get another inch or two drop out of the back, but I'm not sure about the best way to do that. I already have the Bell Tech shackles, but it could stand to be a little lower.

I also like the way it handles now. The Goodyear F1's make it feel like it is on rails. With the wider rubber it's a bit harder to spin the tires now too.

Thanks for your replies.

-Kevin

Cool

I had the front badges on my '95 shaved and somewhere around here I have some pics of the fender before they filled the locating holes. If I can put my hands on those, I'll scan and post them.

I normally don't like the Gen II wheels on Gen I's, but yours looks awesome! Looks like you chose a better fitting tire size than some of the others I've seen. I wouldn't drop it any further. Looks killer the way it is.
