| Guest | I finally got the pictures of my truck developed. I am pretty pleased with the outcome. Take a look, tell me what you think. http://www.zing.com/album/?id=4293072033 Appearance mods are: -Eibach/Bell Tech 1-2" Drop -Fresh new paint -Painted Front Plates on Mirrors -Steel Sir Michael's pan with welded/shaved seams -Emblems and Decals removed -18" Chrome Gen II wheels There are 8 pictures in the series. The picture quality isn't great, but you'll get the idea. -Kevin '93 #3904 [This message has been edited by ktodd (edited 01-19-2001).] |

| Guest | Not to sound critical or anything(I love the way your truck looks) but I would lower it an inch or two all the way around to get it to sit on the tires more..After that it'll be drop dead gorgeous.. ------------------ Curt '93 Red Lightning #4232 http://www.geocities.com/lightning_struck93/index.html |

| Guest | There are holes to fill where the emblems were, so the whole fender has to be repainted if you want to do it. I also have the Gen II Lightning badges that I was thinking of putting on. I'm not sure if I want to now because I like the way it looks with no badging at all. I agree that I need to get another inch or two drop out of the back, but I'm not sure about the best way to do that. I already have the Bell Tech shackles, but it could stand to be a little lower. I also like the way it handles now. The Goodyear F1's make it feel like it is on rails. With the wider rubber it's a bit harder to spin the tires now too. Thanks for your replies. -Kevin [This message has been edited by ktodd (edited 01-20-2001).] |

| Guest | I had the front badges on my '95 shaved and somewhere around here I have some pics of the fender before they filled the locating holes. If I can put my hands on those, I'll scan and post them. ------------------ Later! Jeff S. President, NLOC #74 in '95 - 11.92@115.2 #582 in '00 - 13.36@101.75 (Swanson chip ONLY) |

| Guest | I normally don't like the Gen II wheels on Gen I's, but yours looks awesome! Looks like you chose a better fitting tire size than some of the others I've seen. I wouldn't drop it any further. Looks killer the way it is. ------------------ Brendon Hale Black 94L #620 14.97 @89.34 mph '54 F100 (project since '88) |
