| Guest | Marcus, that SC was in the development stages when that article was written. I have that mag too. It was never put into production and never will be. It ended up breaking and had some other problems and was scrapped. This is info that came straight from Powerdyne. I was gonna get one for my Mustang before I sold it. ------------------ www.geocities.com/blown86 |

| Guest | Marcus: That was the old blower that we were working on. We released the XB-1A at the SEMA Convention. This will be our race blower, gear driven and noisy. It is still in the testing stages, and wil not be ready until after the new year. I did not want to mention it because I have seen to many times where a company says they are going to release something at this date, and it doesn't go. This is bad publicity for the company. So, there it is. This supercharger will be oil lubricated, capable of around 18lbs of boost. It should be able to bolt into the mounting brackets of most Powerdyne kits, your Lightning kit should be one of these. However, your BD-11 is not upgradable to the gear blower. The only thing that is the same on the 2 is the cover. The case is smaller on the new supercharger, and the scroll is reversed, and the bore holes for the gears are spaced differently than the ones for the belt drive. I do not have any pricing yet, and not much more technical help, as we are still testing it. I will try to keep you guys posted. If you have any other questions, please post here, or give myself of Scott a call. ------------------ Nick W. & Scott S.
