| Guest | hay guy's did mine a few months ago i used an auto meter/ 2in white face electric. the kit come complete with gauge and black box for complete hook up you will need a reducer for the fuel pressure sender that mount directly on the fuel rail. it is also a autometer part. you will also need a gauge pod if you are going to mount it on the a piller. ------------------ Five0 Drw nolc# 354 #63 "n" 95 [This message has been edited by five0drw (edited 08-01-2000).] |

| Guest | Laurence, The autometer part number is 3276. If you order from Summit then the part number is ATM-3276. For some reason these adaptors are low in stock at Summit, Jeg's, and my local parts store. Go figure. Last time I checked with Summit they only had (1) in stock. Good luck with your order and install. Gary Sloan |

| Guest | lw if you cant find one . try the local hardware store. it will tell you 1/8 pipe to 1/4in. you may even find one that will set the angle back. so that it lay's down instead of sticking stright up. the fitting you find will most likley be brass use some liquid pipe thread to seal it up don't use the tape. just my 2 cents.. think you are right but it does not go to -4 it has its own electric hook up that fits right onto the sender. ------------------ Five0 Drw nolc# 354 #63 "n" 95 [This message has been edited by five0drw (edited 08-03-2000).] [This message has been edited by five0drw (edited 08-03-2000).] |

| Guest | Hey all, I got an adapter for the fuel pressure sending unit from Joe at Downs Ford, and it replaces the schrader valve in the fuel rail. What I need to know is do I have to relieve the fuel pressure first some how or can I just unscrew the schrader valve. Thanks for any help? ------------------ Laurence Weiler 93' #2049 NLOC #339 XX.XX @ XX.XXMPH |

| Guest | [QUOTE]Originally posted by LW93Rcode: The fuel pressure can be released by placing 2 or 3 paper towels around the valve and either pressing the needle or removing it. Don't forget to put the towels where the fuel will evaporate instead of catching fire in the garbage can. Also just FYI, I've been running Cyberdyne digital fuel and also boost pressure guages for about 6 years w/o incident. Both have been extreamly accurate (boost needed to be calibrated when first installed but has been fixed at factory on new guages since then. Have fun!!! ------------------ |
