Jerry,

We will spend as much time as we can in answering questions about the Top Truck Class for the 2002 season.

We went to seven events last year. At each event we went to we kept getting more and more trucks.
Our last event in Texas there was 38 trucks in our pit area and a total of 55 trucks at the event.

The .5 sportsmen tree will level the playing feild.

400 pro tree is hard to red light on for the guys that only make it to the track once in a while .
They could not get a good reaction time on it.

The 500 sportsmen tree is what most guys learn on and it is easier for the pros to red light on it.

Most complaints is the tree, the amount of test and tune and pit area.

We will have our own pit area so everyone can hang together.
We will have equal test and tune to Mod Motor and the tree is what they wanted.

JDM will be at every even for the 2002 season.

The test and tune time has always been equal among all the classes. Same goes for qualifying also.

Thumbs up

I also will be happy to run the sportsman tree. I t seamed at the FFW event this past year, only half the trucks ran top truck. I guess that the others who ran fast ford were afraid of the pro tree. Not me, but it was a learning experiance.

It will be great having all of us in the same class.
