Question I will be in Destin FL this weekend any recommendations?

I'm looking to see if there is any good restaurants for breakfast, lunch, or Dinner that is local Florida cuisine. Where's the hot spots for nightlife and is there any locations I should check out. I've been to Florida many times but it changes so fast there a I feel like i'm not really experiencing the Florida lifestyle.

thanks

Nick

I'm just west of destin in Navarre. Yet another beach community. Local nightlife in Destin Includes AJ's, Nighttown, and the fishing harbor boardwalk has a bunch of bars in it. For Local food, Mcguires Irish Pub is one place you HAVE to go! They make their own beers right there on the spot, and there's thousands of 1 dollar bills hanging from the roof. Other good local spots are Harbor docks, Osaka's, and AJ's serves food during the day/club at night. Basically, Take a drive along Highway 98 thru destin and hit what you want! If you head out on the Island west toward Fort Walton Beach, you will find the Okaloosa Island fishing pier, and about 3 clubs and a bunch of good restaraunts. Floyd's is next to the club called The Swamp and has all you can eat shrimp! There is so much to do/see around here you will never be bored. Let me know if I can help you in any way, I've been here 10 years.
