Pulley Swap

Ok, I had a 99 lightning back in 99. I sold it in 01 and have been out of the performance scene since. I just bought a 03 lightning and i just put a 2.80 upper pulley and a 9.25" lower pulley on today. I took it for a test drive and it seems to be bogging down. like it is starving for fuel. I have a friend who has the hp software and in the morning he is going to do some tuning. any thoughts on what setting need to be change and where to set them. Please help...

Probably needs tuning and possibly more fuel. Do you have a fuel/air gauge?

one of the first things i would do is check the spark plug gaps. you need to close them down if you have pulleys because all the extra air going through the chamber blows out the spark. and a tune would probably not be a bad idea either
